Exchanges and Returns
Returns Policy
We hope that you love your Seasoon swimwear but if you are unhappy in any way, we shall give you a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.
We offer a WORLDWIDE RETURNS service within 14 WORKING days of receipt of order. Standard online returns policy applies to all sale goods purchased online (14 working days from receipt of order).
We are not liable for any customs duties and taxes on items returned to the UK. Your return transit documents should state: Goods not suitable - being returned to UK: no commercial value.
Returning an order:
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Items must include original tag. Returns will not be processed if item(s) have been worn.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Contact info@seasoon.co.uk to arrange a return label. The cost of your original shipping will then be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and returns processing.
Please include a note of return on your original invoice in your parcel and attach your return label to the exterior.
Drop your parcel at your nearest DHL collection point, or arrange for collection using the account number on your return label.
Your refund will be processed within 2 working days of us receiving your parcel. Funds will be returned via PayPal. If you did not pay using a PayPal account, funds may take an extra day to be processed and returned.
Exchanges
You may request that we provide an exchange rather than a refund. Exchanges can only be provided subject to availability. Please email us on info@seasoon.co.uk to organise this.
Refunds
For all returns and cancellations made in accordance with these terms, we shall, if requested, issue a full refund excluding the basic shipping cost paid without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you all of the cancelled goods which have been supplied or evidence that you have returned all such goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the date your notice of cancellation is received by us.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Condition of Returns / Exchanges
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
In particular, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items must be returned unused and unwashed, with all Seasoon and other designer garment tags and any hygienic liners and adhesive strips still attached and not having been removed. Items scented with perfume or deodorant cannot be accepted for return. Where provided, any designer packaging such as boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags and tags must be included with your return.
We track returns by customers and reserve the right to withdraw the rights to return if excessive returns are requested.
Faulty Goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items are not faulty if damage results from normal wear and tear.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply return the faulty goods to us within 14 days of the day you received them.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, this can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Cancellation
For purchases within the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which the last of the goods you wish to cancel are delivered to you. To exercise this right, you must inform us by email to: info@seasoon.co.uk. To qualify for this right, a cancelled order must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your notice of cancellation to us.
